One Oak Vineyard is located in the Crane Ridge district on the eastern side of Livermore Valley, off Greenville Road near Poppy Ridge Golf Course. Set among rolling foothills, the vineyard enjoys abundant sunshine, cooling afternoon winds, and significantly cooler nighttime temperatures. These conditions, combined with the Scott Henry trellis system that provides balanced canopy growth and fruit shading, allow the Merlot to develop rich fruit flavors, vibrant acidity, and elegant structure that reflect the unique terroir of Crane Ridge.
