White Cat Vineyard is located in the rolling hills of the Crane Ridge district on the eastern side of Livermore Valley. The 2016 Malbec was sourced from two distinct vineyard blocks, benefiting from excellent sun exposure and cooling afternoon breezes. The warm days and cool evenings create ideal conditions for developing concentrated fruit flavors while preserving natural acidity, resulting in a balanced and expressive Malbec that reflects the character of this unique vineyard site.
