Ride Out Vineyard is located in the Kalthoff Commons area on the western side of Livermore Valley. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed to preserve freshness and aromatics, then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures for approximately 30 days. The wine was subsequently aged in stainless steel, allowing the vibrant fruit character, crisp acidity, and varietal expression to remain the focus.
