By enrolling in the Cuda Ridge Wines (“CRW”) Wine Club, you authorize automatic, recurring charges to your credit card for each scheduled wine club release associated with your selected membership. Charges occur at the time each club release is processed and include the cost of the wine plus applicable taxes and shipping.
Members must be 21 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. Due to state regulations, some shipping restrictions may apply. CRW cannot ship to P.O. boxes, and all shipments must be received and signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.
Members are responsible for keeping billing and shipping information current. If a shipment is refused, returned, or redirected due to incorrect information, the member is responsible for any additional shipping charges. CRW reserves the right to request additional information, reject any application, cancel any membership, and modify wine selections, pricing, membership benefits, or program policies.
Membership continues until cancelled. You may cancel any time after you receive your first release of wine club selections. You may cancel by contacting CRW at info@cudaridgewines.com or through the online member account portal. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing to avoid charges.
All prices are current as of the date of publishing. If pricing or material membership terms change, members will receive written notice (including email) at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
